Lake View Estate is an easy 80-minute drive from Auckland central. The entrance is found 183 Devich Road, Mangawhai. Mangawhai is the fastest growing settlement in Kaipara (on the east coast of the North Island), 70kms south of Whangārei and 100kms north of Auckland’s CBD.
Commuting is an option.
Many locals travel on a regular or occasional basis to Auckland or Whangārei. There are many options for commuting, including a buses from Warkworth to Auckland CBD and the Warkworth Park and Ride.
Lake View Estate will also be accessible for Auckland bach owners to decide last minute on a Friday to travel up and enjoy a Tavern meal just 80 minutes later!

Identified as a road of national significance, Te Ara Tuhono – Puhoi to Wellsford runs approximately 38km through the Rodney area, north of Auckland on State Highway 1. The project aims to extend the Northern Motorway (SH1) from Johnstones Hill Tunnels just south of Puhoi to a point north of Wellsford.
Stage One of the extension (from Puhoi to Warkworth) is now open and creating a more reliable transport link for motorists, freight and tourism entering and leaving the region.
