Vermont Street Partners is a privately held property centric advisory business. Founded by Edward Sundstrum in 2006, its first acquisition was in Vermont Street, Ponsonby, Auckland, hence the namesake. VSP has evolved to provide strategy, investment, and structuring advice to a range of clients in New Zealand, Australia and the UK. VSP is now proudly operating from Mangawhai, New Zealand.
