Sensitive Design Covenants.

To protect your investment and preserve the vision of Lake View Estate Stage Two, all homes will be governed by a design approval process. Sensible control of design and materials will create results that every resident feels deeply proud to call home. Homeowners will still enjoy freedom for individual taste and design, at an investment that suits.

Join the Residents Association.

To maintain the common reserves and roading, all owners will become members of the existing Lake View Estate Residents Association and pay an annual levy.
